This video never fails to make me all warm and fuzzy inside.

Beirut is one of my favorite bands, hands down, so much so my ladykins teanuh and I named a feline after them. Although we do have a few songs that could be considered “our song”, Whole Wide World being one, this one has a special place in my heart. Three words: Lost Leaf, wine and kisses. :D

One of my favorite new bands of last year, whom I think are flying way to far under the radar, Arms, recorded a few acoustic songs on the Big Ugly Yellow Couch here’s one of my favorites, Tiger Tamer, but you they recorded a few. See the rest here.

It’s always awesome when you have a personal project to work on. Even more-so when it’s an invite for the most important day of my life. I’ve been working on it for a while and my partner in crime was kind enough to help me assemble it.

If all goes as planned they should hit the USPS this week! I can’t wait to get the response cards back.
